Hat District
The redevelopment of three former Hat Factories plus a new building on a brownfield site the Hat District is a Luton Culture project that will provide a new Hat Factory Arts Centre, new ‘start up business’ space, office, mixed retail. food and beverage and performance spaces. With a total value of over £8m this programme of work is funded by SEMLEP, the Arts Council, Historic England and HLF.
